Pretty in Pink has hit a landmark with over 10,000 views! I can hardly believe it :) Special THANK YOU to the new followers and those that are sharing the blog on Facebook and Pinterest alike. There are lots of changes to come in the following months so it's nice to have a momentum building. I invite you all to continue commenting and sharing photos publicly since it's the best way to get the word out.

I hope you all had lovely weekends! Mine was spent indulging in fabulous brunches, here with N on Saturday and here with the lovely K on Sunday. Both places are fantastically wonderful. 5 Spot had homemade banana chocolate chip coffee cake that was so big we had to take more than half of it home (only for me to leave it in the pet store afterward- sad day), and Lot No. 3 has CANDIED BACON. Omggggg. You guys know how much I love bacon. I will be seriously lusting after that bacon until I'm able to devour it again!

Also, I am very much considering drafting a petition to Alaska Airlines to reduce their pet fee. It's $100 each way. Seriously?! I was in such disbelief. Like, they are totally capitalizing on people's love of their pets and know they will pay almost anything to take them with. NO FAIR :( Jubelale is going to be so pissed when I leave him again. I mean, I could fly to Vegas round trip for less than $200. I wonder if I can just try to smuggle him on . . . . I might incur the wrath of the horrific AA people though. Most of them tend to have a stick up their you-know-whats. Hmmm . . . . thoughts?

I am positively obsessed with these shoes and have been since they arrived at my doorstep. Thankfully, the sun is shining today in Seattle so it is the perfect day to break these beauties in. I've already received two compliments on them and it's not even noon yet! 

Not much else to report today aside from the fact that N, R, and I all signed up for the 5k St. Patrick's Day Dash here in Seattle next Saturday . . . at 8:30 a.m. N and I were supposed to run it last year but we were both deathly ill and confined to the bed, sharing in one another's misery. Not too thrilled about the 8:30 a.m. part (wake-up call at 7:00 people!), however I am wishing for sunshine and looking forward to dressing up in all the ridiculous St. Patty's paraphernalia I scored at Target 1 year ago. 

Also, I fear little Jubie is starting to resent me for being gone so much. He does this heart-wrenching little cry and shakes a bit when I walk out the door. Breaks my heart every morning, I swear. Stupid paralegal class! And since he gets no human interaction all day he runs around like a damn hellion at night and I have to shut him out of my bedroom because he won't go to sleep. It's a tortuous cycle really. Holy crap. I am turning into a cat lady! Okay- I promise from here on out I will only share teeny tiny tidbits about Jubelale . . .
