Yesterday's May Day

In honor of May Day yesterday, I wore a white-on-white ensemble which I have actually never done before. I think it turned out quite well. I was in awe of the fact that these pants still fit, given that they were from my senior year of high school. Go E! (as she sits here devouring a homemade, double-chocolate brownie). Anyway, the building my firm is in does this great thing every May Day where they hand out fresh tulips to employees as they bustle into work. I scored quite a few (they just keep handing them to you every time you walk in and out of the building . . . even though they may have seen you 5 minutes before):

If you live in Seattle, I sincerely hope you weren't caught up in any of the horrific violence taking place downtown as a result of the May Day riots yesterday. It's so disappointing that things like this occur :( On a more cheery note, I'd like to give a special shout-out to Miss Sharon over at The Tiny Heart for being my 40th follower- you rock lady!
