You know the saying, "business in the front, party in the back"? I think it was originally used to describe a mullet. Thankfully, that isn't what's going on here. On night 2 in Vegas, I wore this seemingly "normal" number. However, when you see the back, it surely is a party . . . and most definitely Vegas-worthy ;) Happy Friday!

Five Favorites {for NY}

In exactly two weeks I'll be on a plane to New York! I can't wait to be reunited with one of my favorite cities :) I'll be meeting one of my best gal pals over there to spend a long weekend eating, drinking, shopping, and site-seeing. Last weekend, my family and I hit the slopes at our condo out in Dover Bay, Idaho with our oldest and dearest friends. We had a fabulous time celebrating birthdays, boarding fresh pow pow, and hot tubing! Here are a few snapshots of our weekend getaway:

This past weekend I was in Vegas cheering on the Number One Team in the Country in the WCC Tourney. In case you're not a sports person, that would be Gonzaga University's Men's Basketball team. My alma mater and best damn school around! We won the tourney and held on to our number one spot in the nation for another week. I'm working off of 2 hours of sleep at the moment since I flew back to Seattle at 6 a.m. this morning. The weekend was quite epic, however, and I had a fab time with my family . . . here are some snapshots:

So my best friend got married this past weekend. MARRIED! It's so crazy. We had the absolute best time and I still can't get over the fact that she's a Mrs! This is what I wore to her rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. I had been itching to wear this dress since I got it in July- but I was good and didn't wear it until now :) I am exhausted from the 5 days of fun but still reminiscing about the weekend. And guess what? The pictures on this blog are about to get a whole lot clearer- the rents just purchased me the new Canon Rebel and I used it all weekend! Happy Monday! xx
