Pajama Party!

Thought I would take this opportunity to share some additional photos from my pajama + photobooth party a few weeks back. As we start slowing down from the holiday season, it's important to look back and reminisce about the good times rather than the stressful ones involving shopping, credit card debt, and smuggling your cat onto airplanes . . .

I put these small goodie bags together for my girls . . . the $1 section
at Target seriously rocks my world sometimes.

B and Mac gifted these adorable wine bottle accessories to all the girls . . .
just take a guess at which one is mine ;)

I scored these mustache and lip swizzle sticks a few months ago
at Target . . . I just knew they'd come in handy some day!

  Looks like someone is eyeing those olives!

An up close look at the My Big Balloon holiday tassle {c/o}

 Pretty presents for the 'For the Home' themed gift exchange!

I think B might have one for best jammies

Special thanks to my girls for making this pajama party the best ever!

Pants With the Fur

Blouse: Gifted; Vest: Banana Republic {on sale!}; Skimmer Pant: J. Crew {last season}
Shoes: Christian Louboutin; Necklace: J. Crew {old}; Ring: Bvlgari;
Lips: Ruby Woo by MAC

{Photos by Mama Bigley . . . Thanks Mom!}

Christmas Day was a day for fur and plaid. My cousins kept referring to me as their golf caddy because of these pants, however they admitted that they liked them- so I put up with the jokes. I have been in the market for a fur vest for about the past year. When I spotted this one in the BR window, I knew it was just the one that I had been waiting for. Sure enough, Santa brought it to me this year and I could not be more thrilled. It is uber soft, the perfect length, and is totally toasty warm :) Cheers!

Twas the Night to Wear Tulle And Tartan

Blouse: Gap; Skirt: Anthropologie {sold out}; Shoes: Christian Louboutin;
Bangles: J. Crew Factory {sold out}, gifted; Ring: Bvlgari {borrowed from Mama Bigley};
Earrings: borrowed; Lips: Ruby Woo by MAC

{Photos by Daddy Bigley . . . thanks Dad!}

I got seriously lucky with this outfit. I have been lusting after this skirt FOR. EV. ER. When I ordered it, it was backordered until after Christmas. Last Tuesday, I received an email from Anthro that my order was on its way and by Friday, it was sitting on my doorstep- ready for me to scoop up and take with me to California that evening. I was overjoyed. And even more thrilled when I put it on. Love at first sight I tell ya. This blouse was a major sale score at Gap last week and proved to be the perfect pairing for this skirt . . . which created the ultimate Christmas Eve outfit :) I hope your holiday season has been splendid! xo

Merry Christmas Eve! I sported this comfy ensemble on Saturday when my family and I had our annual Christmas celebration with our closest friends. With subtle sparkle on the sweater sleeves, the Kate Spade flats paired perfectly with these red skinnies. A fantastic outfit for a casual gathering this holiday season :) I'll share what I'm wearing today a little later this week but if you want a sneak peek, check out Instagram. Have a very merry Christmas Eve! xo

Pajama Party {Sneak Peek}

'Drink Champagne' Printable: Pinterest; Polka Dot Napkins: Target; Gold Lacquer Tray: Target;
Assorted swizzle sticks and paper straws: Target + gifted

Last Friday, I held a Photobooth + Pajama Party at my apartment for my most favorite girlfriends. Everyone was required to sport some festive pjs and partake in wine-drinking, secret santa-ing, and ornament exchanging. I decided to create my own photobooth, working off an idea I gathered from Taylor Sterling, Founder + Creative Director of Glitter Guide. For her wedding- her photo backdrop consisted of pink with gold polka dots, and I thought- what fun it would be to create a Christmas-themed one of the same design! Heather over at My Big Balloon collaborated with me at the last of minutes (props to you, girl!) to come up with a fabulous holiday balloon for the occasion. Here is a sneak peek at my pajama party!

Red paper: Paper Source; Gold paper: Paper Source; Balloon: My Big Balloon {c/o}

Holiday Photobooth Props: Party Goodies via Etsy

Utilizing the photobooth with G!

 Even Jubelale was excited to sport a festive photo prop bowtie!

Cream of the Crop

Sweater Dress: Purchased in Italy {old}; Tights: Forever 21 {gifted};
Socks: Billabong {gifted}; Rainboots: Hunter
Bangle: Alexis Bittar {currently on sale!}; Earrings: Kate Spade

Apologies for the incessant messy topknot 2 days in a row. As long as you don't live under a rock, I'm sure you're aware that the PNW is getting pounded with rain at the moment (and pretty much all the moments both before and after that). And it's just not worth it for me to do my hair when it's raining sideways, most especially when I still feel like total sh*t. Still fighting this ridiculous sickness and I HATE IT. But I love you guys . . . so thanks for reading :) xx
