It's only in the last photo that you can tell this dress is navy blue. Nevertheless, I scored it on sale at Forever for $6.99 and think it's the perfect summer staple. I took this photo prior to heading to Cali this past weekend, however you can bet your tushy that I'm wearing it here today! I'm still soaking up the California sunshine and will be returning back to Seattle tonight.
